DIY - "Day of" Timeline
<< Back to DIYSince posting this out on the internet, this 'day of' timeline has been featured on theknot.com!
Tools:
- Microsoft Word Template (This template has been downloaded times.)
- The template is a compressed .zip file. Click here for instructions to extract.
- Lavender metallic cardstock paper from paperandmore.com
- Fiskars rotary cutter with straight blade
- Corner punch
On the back of each timeline, each bridal party member will have a "Special Tasks" list of their, well, special tasks on that day. This is the layout - very clean and clear so they just focus on what's happening. You can click to enlarge.

I designed it in Microsoft Word and positioned the tables to be able to print the individual tasks on the back. We don't have a coordinator and since our families are flying and driving into each respective parent's homes, our bridal party is helping us out with a lot that day. This is an example of what the Maid of Honor's card looks like on the back.
They were printed on the same lavender metallic paper I used for the invitation enclosures.

Here is the front and back, pictured side by side. This is still the MOH's card.
They were all sent out in one of our newsletters.
I've received requests for the template, so you can help yourself by downloading the zip file here! DIY-ing to save money can be stressful at times, so hopefully this helps make your projects a little easier.
