Radisson Lansing: Kate Grade: C- Met Expectations: D Willingness: A Cost: A Words: Willing and flexible, but not attentive and able. Would you use them again? No for a custom menu. Yes for the menu they offer. They were very flexible and accomodating. We were able to use the space the way we wanted. They customized a six-course dinner for us.
